archiCOR secured the design of the 'Xeni ArtSpace' art gallery in Limassol through to detailed planning and supervised its implementation on site. The gallery was integrated into the Trilogy Towers, where the high ceilings, challenging lighting and climatic conditions posed particular challenges. Innovative design solutions were required to optimise the use of the existing space and create a functional atmosphere for the art presentations. The central design element is a suspended, seemingly floating staircase that becomes a viewing platform. At the same time, intensive discussions were held on the technical implementation to cope with the warm and humid climate and lighting conditions. Opening 12.2024
