We're thrilled to share that we've completed two projects for Volksbank Baden-Baden Rastatt eG. The first is a residential and commercial building in Gaggenau. The building has four full floors. The typological layout does an amazing job of making the most of the natural light and giving you stunning views from the apartments.
In 2009 the Volksbank branch in Baden-Baden was reopened after a serious renovation, giving it a fresh, open feel. A new central atrium connects the service and advisory areas on the ground floor with the offices on the first floor. During construction, we discovered a stunning stucco ceiling with daylight panels, which we then incorporated into the atrium design through detailed planning. This gave the space a truly unique and beautiful architectural vibe. These projects were realised under my direction at khp architekten - Knapp Haedecke + Partner
